Yet another 'lost' street has been in the news recently. This time it's in Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham, beneath a Georgian town house in the centre of Stockton known as Gloucester House, currently being refurbished. See

here. The 'street' appears to be a series of storerooms and possibly accommodation for servants (although I think they are probably more storage areas), linked by passages. Talk in the articles of the 'secret tunnels' linking to other parts of Stockton is characteristic of all such discoveries and reports, but is extremely unlikely.

I would have expected the kitchen to be in the cellars, so it's a little surprising that the storerooms were unknown for so long, unless the entire floor was blocked off. I don't suppose it was underground passages either but you have to admit it sounds more interesting than storerooms.
Yes. It does appear to be a series of linked storerooms and kitchen, as you would expect, rather than a street. A tantalising blocked off cellar doorway is often linked in the imagination to a nearby pub, church or other landmark. Thanks for your comment.
